What stays on your device

• Your quiz answers and result - stored in your browser via local storage.
• Your trigger tracker log - never uploaded unless you explicitly opt in to sync.

What we collect

• Usage analytics with Google Analytics: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate region, and actions such as finishing the quiz. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell repeat visits apart.
• When you click an outbound partner link we log the click (program, page you came from, browser type) with a random first-party id (the rh-sid cookie) so repeat clicks group together. The id is not tied to your name or email.
• Your email address - only if you choose to request the PDF cheatsheet or your plan - plus the page it was submitted from.
• If you use the laser clinic finder: the ZIP code and severity you submit with the form.
• If you opt in to tracker sync: your email and your diary entries (date, severity, triggers). Access requires a one-time sign-in link sent to that email - entering an address alone never reveals a diary. "Clear data" on the tracker page deletes the synced copy too, and "Disconnect" stops syncing from that device.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. Google Analytics processes usage data on our behalf with its advertising features turned off. To stop analytics and the attribution id, block this site's cookies in your browser.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your email or health-related data.
• Gate quiz results or safety information behind a signup.
• Share your tracker data with affiliate partners.
